I want to take action and change
1 week challenge
When going to sleep Sunday evening let's get to bed early and take a minute to invest in ourselves.
- Sit relaxed on side of bed and breath and focus on in and out calm controlled breaths.
- After a minute Thank your higher power for another chance to rest and wake in this world.
- Sleep.
- On awakening repeat above process.
- Repeat this prayer,
"God, I offer myself to Thee-to build with me and to do with me as Thou wilt. Relieve me of the bondage of self, that I may better do Thy will. Take away my difficulties, that victory over them may bear witness to those I would help of Thy Power, Thy Love, and Thy Way of life. May I do Thy will always!"
Now close eyes for a few seconds and focus on being calm and thankful.

- list 5 things you are grateful for, your eyes? Your food last night? Your warm bed? Your dog? Your car? You get the idea.
