Unfortunately this will continue until you move to the next level of awareness and enlightenment as hard as it is to digest at least 50% of all mental health conditions can be helped if not resolved by spiritual delelopment.

Digital age is disconnecting us more and more spiritually as it adds confusion, frustration, ego, knowledge, feeding our dopeamine shout hit release mechanism. Teaching us to rely on external and find hope externally when the truth is we need to look inside. Help is in line but the solution requires self study and internal realisation.
Our worth and identity is now measured by judgement resentment jealousy and delusional high followers while in the real world we are blanking our children and families to feed back into the matrix of published self worth.

Most have been shaped in to a round ball dense and compact. Feeling incapable of change. We have to stretch out and become flexible in our lives to reshape into our chosen escape entity. To lift us out of the slavery that has inhibitited our development until now.
If you believe the treasure is at the end of the rainbow that's where it will always remain. In a place of separation and future experience. The Truth is the treasure looks you in the eyes every morning while brushing your teeth. Fear, Society, Codependancy, self sabatoging behaviours,suppressive systems, along with a slave wage as we like to say a JOB Just, Over, Broke. Detachment from resting and a million distractions are just some of the things enslaving us to a spiritually lacking existence. Wealth and Popularity are the answers to one man's problems.....

- Drugs, Alcoho, sex and Gambling changing the way we feel instantly
- Fighting and arguing for our principles
- Perfect house, clothes, cars , holidays
- Controlling others while telling everyone about how your helping these individuals
- Successful Business
These are some of the things that effect our Goal Focusin we become tunnel Focusin on our dreams or wants yet neglect the importance of spiritual development. Some of these above are the goals of fixes for our conditions in our minds eyes. All we need is a few more grand and we can relax. Another 200 customers and I'll be a success, cut the fat and get 2% body fat...... Your pot of Gold is so so far away yet so close.
Once our focus is activated it is incredibly hard to stop the reaction. Powerful Natural instinctive response begins to happen and a Devine human magic begins......Unfortunatly our emotional state will taint this process and strong emotion can stimulate this process which is not required, in a negative self sabataging direction. Anger,Resentment, fear, lust, ego, greed, pity, frustration, these are some of the catolysts that will ignite a focus which is almost impossible to exstinguish until it has gone through its full cycle in our conscious reality. We must be mindful of these situations and note our triggers. As these negative Demon storms are incredibly distructive as it emotionally anchors feelings with misdirection...A Demon taking over our control. Our spirit is detached from our conscious mind and we are acting reacting and focusing on things we should be able to dismiss and shut off. This is self control something that Shaolin monks spend a life time practising with daily rituals to control this life force that flows within everything. Our minds our actions and our principles and our disciplines are what make us who we are. Change any one thing a little will make big changes in our lives...For Better or for worse...
Our lives are led by example like a young boy wanting to be like the footballer he loves, or the young girl wanting to be like the gymnast. Life, industry, ego and self coach us to become our Version of our hero while lead by money and achievement. Again lacking spiritual development more often than not.
We must continue to humble our selves everyday until
we leave this physical inhabitants of the human condition on this gift called Earth. If we learn each day and adjust we can reach the next level of enlightenment. We must remember spiritual growth has nothing to do with looks money status or personalities what makes one person spiritually rich will not another like wise for the destractions mentioned above section.
We are all unique yet are expected to fit in a clone mold for life by society. Which in its development has over come many adversities to date. It would seem in history the rabble shout and control while the few spiritual guilds will give enough to the many to progress. Spiritual development is a choice not a superstition. You choose your reality if your at any level and in frustration feeling anxious and flat. It's probably a sign your spiritual development is in need of some much needed work.
Energy is very real and the power of our minds incredibly underestimated by ourselves for most of our existence. Survival is one thing, slavery another, we all have the power to become...Human conciousness is reaching a new age where science has to intergrate with spirituality. Until we can master our emotions and be ked by the light. We will continue to rise and fall back to the earth...
