"Silence"
This Mission is harder than it sounds! Exercising silence when someone leaves you a space to speak can make people feel very uncomfortable!
Stay silent and stay calm in the moment, feel the energy in your body wanting you to fill the space. Resist and your "Goal Focusin" count, breath,wait, positive thoughts.....Then bam the other person speaks and fills the space! Congratulations! You have passed mission 3.
